The Fine Print

  1. Generally a credit card is required to book a bin with us and needs to be provided at the time of booking unless a monthly account has been approved and previously set up.
     

  2. Your credit card may be pre-authroized for a minimum amount of $500 before we deliver your bin. The actual amount will be charged once the bin has been dumped and we know the total amounts.
     

  3. We place wood under your bin to protect your driveway. If you require a sheet of plywood then please provide the sheet of plywood for the driver upon arrival or place it in the area you would like the bin dropped to prior to arrival. We can, in some situations, provide and place the plywood for you at an additional cost of $100 per sheet. 
     

  4. If there is anything that we should know to keep your property safe and damage free then it is the customers responsibility to advise Bins 4 Less prior to dropping off the bin. Things like septic bed locations, interlocking driveways, gardens, preferred bin placement, newly seeded grass areas are all things that are helpful to us and make the bin rental experience that much smoother for everyone.
     

  5. Bins 4 Less is not responsible for contents the customer has placed in the bin that may leak out onto the driveway or surrounding areas and cause damage to the surrounding area.
     

  6. Customer is responsible for any unusual wear and tear, damage or destruction to the bin while it is rented out to you.
     

  7. Bins are only to be removed, moved or placed in another location by Bins 4 Less and will be done so as soon as possible after the customer request.
     

  8. The bin and desired area for the bin placement must be accessible both for drop off and pick up of the bin. If the area is not accessible at time of drop off or there are obstacles in the way at time of pick up there may be a missed drop/pick up fee of $150 charged.
     

  9. Any overloaded bin will not be picked up and a missed pick up fee of $150 will be charged as well as a 2nd drop off fee of minimum $150 depending on your location for the drop off of a 2nd bin. It is better to request a swap out part way through your project than to overload the bin. If you are unsure of what your weight may be we can help you decide if you will need one or two bins or more for your project. We must be able to put our roll over tarp over the bin contents for transport so contents must not exceed the height of the top of the bin otherwise the bin cannot be transported and the same missed pick up fees and 2nd bin drop off fees previously mentioned will apply. Any wood products or tree branches must be cut to size to be able to lay in the bin in such a manner that they are not protruding out the top of the bin.
